Two fields on the product page, one confirmation call, then you pay the courier on delivery.

At Velulia, you do not need an account, card or password to order. Choose a product, leave your name and phone number, and an adviser will call to confirm everything before dispatch.

    Once the order is confirmed, the parcel is prepared and handed to the courier.

    You pay the courier when they hand over the parcel.

Questionsfrequently asked

Do I need to create an account?

No. Your name and phone number are enough.

Can I order for someone else?

Yes. Provide their name and phone number, or your own, and give the adviser the address during the call.

What if I change my mind?

Tell the adviser during the call, or refuse the parcel from the courier: you will not have paid anything.

Can I use a foreign phone number?

Use a number from the selected country that the adviser and courier can reach.
